Morgonvikten idag låg på 67,9 kg efter all julmat. Så lite +. Min coach Jimmy sa att det är helt okej, men nu är det back so basis, back to schemat. Jag kör samma split som jag skrev här på bloggen för ett tag sedan, och samma träning.

Detta är fokusområden just nu. Tex på rygg dagarna avslutar jag alltid med axlar och biceps, och på push avslutar jag med triceps och bröst. Schemat känns grymt och jag känner mig motiverad till att göra detta! Vad jag egentligen längtar till sååå är dietandet, känns konstigt att säga det men det är så sjukt roligt bara!
Jag ska uppdatera er om mitt mat split också lite senare, hur jag fördelar mina kolhydrater, fett och protein i samband med träningen. Är ni intresserade av att veta det?
